Ana works for you, together with your doctor, to coordinate your care needs, whether it be relaying your concerns, assisting with procedures, scheduling your appointments or tracking your referrals to specialists.

Dr Naomi Sato, MD
General Practice, Interest in Integrative Health
Dr. Sato graduated from University of Ottawa in 1991, and completed her internship at the Doctor's Hospital.
She is a member in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. She has a special interest in integrative health, seeing patients with complex chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia / chronic fatigue syndrome, and patients requesting bio-identical hormones.
She is currently not taking on new family medicine patients, but sees appropriate cases referred by colleagues.
Dr. Adam Chen, MD, CCFP
General and Family Practice
Dr. Chen graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1990, followed by Family Medicine residency at Victoria Family Medical Centre in London, Ontario in 1992. He is currently a member in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeon of Ontario, licensed to practice general and family medicine in Ontario.
Whatever happens to healthcare in the future, be it technological or organizational, he wants to keep it personal and relevant. He values collaboration with patients, their family, community, and colleagues in medical, allied health and integrative/complementary fields.
Apologetically, he is unable to take on new patients.
Consultation Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9 am - 4 pm
